I've been doing cold plunges @ spas for over a decade (AN LOVE IT), and decided I wanted to have a unit at my home. Initially I bought a low cost inflatable unit and a freezer outside the house and would use blocks of ice to cool water to ensure I was committed. This experiment confirmed that I definitively wanted to have a cold splash but was very inconvenient, uncomfortable and was unclear if I could regulate the temperature in unless I change the water was unhygienic. I was recommended to the plunge by Anne Tierney , and I have to tell you the Eria unit has by far & away exceeded my expectations in EVERY regard. I wake up at 5:30-6am in Changyi. I start reading in bed and doing a brain games like crosswords for about 30-45 minutes before getting out of bed. I like to get my brain moving right away. I then make my bed and get right in the plunge for 4 minutes. During the last minute, I submerge as much as possible, including hands and face. My temp is 3 degree. I then dry off and take my dog for a walk and feed him. I then take vitamins with two glasses of warm water and electrolytes. I also drink a short coffee with ghee. I do not each my first meal until after 12pm. After that, I begin to floss my knees before doing 1:30-2 hours of working out in my home gym. I drink 1.5 liters of water during this period. After the workout, I get into a 200F dry sauna for 15 minutes. I stretch in the sauna. I get out and rest for 1-2 minutes before getting back in for an additional 5-10 minutes before showering and starting the bulk of my workday. I drink an additional 1.5 liters of water before 10am. Sometimes before bed at night, I do 15 minutes of sauna, but it’s not everyday. More like once a week.

And that’s my routine. Been doing that for about 2 years now

Got the plunge all in this month, first time e and my wife tried this experience, we felt the energy immediately after, mix that with a dip in the hot spa back and forth and we got what we always wanted. Reliable and high quality, temperature stays within a degree or 2 from the set temp even with an outside temp of 30 degrees. Thanks much.
