    At icebath.sg, we take pride in our products and professional service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below.

    1. Return Period

    You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.

    2. Return Conditions

    To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

    • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition that you received it.

    • The item must be in its original packaging.

    • Hygiene Note: Due to health and safety standards, ice bath tubs that have been filled with water or used cannot be returned.

    3. Return Fees & Shipping (Restocking Fee)

    Because our products involve significant logistics and manual labor costs, the following fees apply:

    • Restocking Fee: A fee of 30% of the original purchase price will be deducted from your refund. This covers the cost of professional inspection, repackaging, and administrative handling.

    • Non-Refundable Services: Any costs associated with on-site installation, assembly, or initial shipping are strictly non-refundable as these services have already been rendered.

    • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the logistics and costs of shipping the item back to our warehouse.

    4. Non-Returnable Items

    • Customised or personalised orders.

    • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance".

    • Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing parts not due to our error.

    5. Return Process

    1. Contact Us: Email info@icebath.sg with your order number and reason for return.

    2. Review: Our team will review your request within 3 business days.

    3. Return Authorization: Once approved, we will provide the return authorization and the warehouse address:

      • Warehouse Address: 16E Tuas Avenue 1, #09-65, Singapore 639537.

    4. Inspection: Upon receipt, we will inspect the item. If it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund.

    6. Refunds

    Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 14 business days after the inspection is complete (minus the 30% restocking fee and any service costs).
