Do I need special plumbing?
Most portable ColdCare systems use flexible hoses and can be filled from a normal tap. Always follow the installation requirements for your selected model.
How cold does it get?
Selected ColdCare systems are designed to cool water to approximately 3–5°C under suitable operating conditions. Actual performance varies with model, ambient temperature, water volume, ventilation and installation.
How does the water stay clean?
Compatible systems circulate water through filtration. Regular filter changes and water care are still required.
What happens if I need support?
Our Singapore-based team provides technical guidance and coordinates warranty and servicing support.
Can you help with commercial projects?
