1. Website and orders

By using icebath.sg or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked below. Product availability, pricing and specifications may change before an order is accepted. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt; it does not guarantee acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order and will refund any payment collected for an order we do not accept.

2. Product information

We aim to describe products accurately. Images may show optional accessories or configurations. Dimensions, temperature performance, warm-up or cooling time, noise and power consumption vary by model, ambient conditions, water volume, ventilation, electrical supply and installation. Confirm the selected variant and included items before payment.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency selected on the site. Applicable delivery, installation or non-standard access charges are disclosed before fulfilment or agreed with you where a site assessment is required. Compare-at prices, when shown, relate to the relevant product or variant. Payment is processed by the payment methods offered at checkout.

4. Delivery and installation

Delivery and installation are subject to our Shipping & Installation Policy, site access, electrical and plumbing requirements, and appointment availability. Standard installation does not include structural work, permanent plumbing, electrical alteration, lifting equipment or other work unless agreed in writing.

5. Returns and refunds

Returns, hygiene exclusions, restocking charges and refund timing are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Singapore law.

6. Limited warranty

Where stated on the product page, products include a limited warranty for the stated period. Coverage is limited to eligible defects under normal use and excludes misuse, unauthorised modification, unsuitable installation, consumables, normal wear, water-quality damage and failure to follow the manual. Contact us with the order number, model, serial number and evidence of the issue. Model-specific written warranty terms prevail.

7. General wellness and safety

ColdCare products are intended for general wellness and recreational use. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease. Follow the product manual and safety instructions. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before cold-water immersion, sauna or light-based wellness use if you have a relevant medical condition, are pregnant, use medication or have safety concerns.

8. Intellectual property and acceptable use

Site content, branding, text and graphics are owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce or commercially exploit them without written permission. You must not misuse the site, interfere with its operation or submit unlawful or harmful material.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our liability does not exclude obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded. You are responsible for confirming that the selected product, location, electrical supply, drainage, ventilation and intended use are suitable.

10. Privacy, changes and governing law

Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We may update these terms by publishing a revised effective date. These terms are governed by Singapore law, and disputes are subject to the courts of Singapore.
